We are the first group to be dropped off. It is early in the morning– 6:30 to be precise. My alarm doesn’t go off so Jamie and I scuttle around the PC house as the day begins, trying to make sure our stuff is together. Having no prep time throws me off and I spend the car ride to Tabora in anxious silence. Sam, Ana, and Baker drop us off and it’s a strange sort of escort. Half like parents dropping you off at college and half like a bosses dropping employees off at a job site. Very strange.

We arrive in Tabora and see our house and there are a bunch of people…
