CHIPS!

I hold in my hand, figuratively speaking, the very first bag of potato chips produced by Kikundi Cha Jitegemee. Yes, I know what you’re thinking. That’s crazy. Well it is and it isn’t. Despite the hurried assemblage of everything we would need to have our training today, despite the rain that came (twice in one day!), despite relocating the entire meeting, we made a bag of chips. We made several bags, in fact. All filled with the delicious chips the women made (plenty of oil used to fry those babies)…
